Tonight, the 7th annual Thorn Tree Project benefit and silent auction took place at Clodagh’s loft in Noho. We were there helping out with the once again successful event, with over more than 350 people in attendance, donating $20 to attend and bidding thousands more on the Silent Auction items.
Highlighting the event was an African Bazaar, featuring authentic African handicrafts.

The silent auction featured amazing items including an all-inclusive week in Spain, which went to a couple for a steal of $2700!

My friend Julie even donated some amazing pieces of jewelry along with others.

I was lucky enough to be joined by many friends, including Chris Wall who does amazing finish work with his company Interiors2Art.

As is the custom, a pot-luck spread fed the crowd and they shopeed, ate, and drank, raising a bundle for charity despite meager economic times for many of us. There was a lot of hope, love and generousity in the air!
